Physical exams, at our clinics or at your site

DOT, pre-placement, fit-for-duty and return-to-work exams performed by occupational medicine providers who know what the job demands. Send employees to one of our four clinics — or have us bring the exam room to your break room, shop or trailer.

  • We come to your site
  • Four Denver-metro clinics
  • Same-day clearances

Where the exam happens

Same exam, two ways to get it done

The provider, the standard and the paperwork don’t change. What changes is who travels. For one new hire, the clinic is fastest. For a crew, we come to you.

An exam day at your location

Our provider arrives with the equipment, sets up in a private room and clears your roster in scheduled blocks. Employees step off the floor for their exam and go straight back to work.

  • Whole crews cleared in a single visit
  • No travel time or waiting rooms on the clock
  • DOT medical certificates issued on the spot
  • Add drug testing and respirator fit testing to the same day

Coming on site

What you need for an exam day

A private room with a door and a power outlet covers most exam types. You send the roster; we bring the provider, the equipment and the forms.

Drug testing and respirator fit testing can be added to the same visit, so one day can take a new-hire class from offer to cleared.

Every exam, either setting

What comes back to you

Same-day clearance

Most exams clear the same day. Anything waiting on a lab is flagged up front.

Restrictions in plain terms

Work status your supervisors can act on — not a chart note they have to interpret.

One record, every setting

Clinic and on-site exams land in the same file, ready when an auditor or carrier asks.

Renewal reminders

We track DOT certificates and annuals and contact your coordinator before they lapse.

Common questions

Questions HR managers ask

Call any clinic with your headcount and exam types and we’ll tell you which setting makes sense.

How many employees make an on-site day worth it?

It depends on your headcount, the exam types and where your site is. Send us the roster and we’ll tell you which setting works out better. For one or two new hires, one of our four clinics is usually faster.

Is an on-site exam the same as a clinic exam?

Yes. Same providers, same exam protocol, same documentation. A DOT physical in your conference room produces the same certificate as one performed in our clinic.

What space do you need at our site?

A private room with a door, a power outlet, a table and two chairs, and a quiet spot for hearing screening. Conference rooms, break rooms, trailers and spare offices all work. We confirm the setup with you when we schedule.

How far ahead do we need to book an exam day?

Book as early as you can. If you are working against a compliance deadline or a new-hire start date, tell us and we will work backward from it.

Can we mix on-site and clinic exams?

Yes. Recurring and crew-sized needs run on site; one-off new hires and longer evaluations like FCEs go to the clinic. Records from both land in the same place.
