Continuity of care makes all the difference.
The same providers, every visit, throughout the claim.
Physicians, advanced practice providers (or APP which is the new term for PA and NP providers which we need to adopt), physical therapists, and a clinical support team that specializes in occupational medicine. All there for your journey. Every step of the way.
Clinicians and staff
One team across four Denver-metro clinics.
Level II accredited
With six Level II Accredited physicians leading our clinical team we offer the highest level claim management in the Denver region.
Certified medical examiners
All clinics are staffed with FMCSA Certified Medical Examiners.
Physical therapists in-house
A team of 10 (and growing) physical therapists, massage therapists, and chiropractors focused on your recovery.
How the team is built
Different roles but one mission.
Every injured worker who walks in will be seen by a member of our physician team that is specialized in the identification, evaluation, and management of work-related injuries, illness, and exposure. From the identification of a work-related (or on-the-job, or industrial, or workers' compensation) injury to the management of the treatment plan and work status, we have you covered for the entirety of your claim with different team members to help along the way.
Behind our medical providers is a team focused on your recovery and return-to-work. From clinical support team members to practice managers, referral coordinators, and client account managers, we have every step covered to make sure your focus remains on your rehabilitation while we handle working with the insurance and ensuring your employer is kept apprised every step of the way.
Providers
Physicians and APP’s will evaluate, diagnose, establish a treatment plan, address work status, and manage claims from the time an injury is determined to be work-related through the determination of Maximal Medical Improvement (MMI) and discharge. Our team of Level I and Level II accredited providers will be with you every step of the way.
Rehabilitation
Physical therapists, massage therapists, and chiropractors focused on restoring function, pursing meaningful gains in improving strength, range-of-motion, resilience, and in injury prevention. We are here to get you back to the job and activities you love.
On-site services
RN led first aid treatment and post-incident testing at the worksite. When you can’t leave the worksite for minor injuries and testing needs, let us come to you.
Clinic & account management
We know that injuries and rehabilitation are painful. Getting questions answered and paperwork completed should not be. With practice managers and dedicated account managers to help navigate the claim process, we are here to help make the complicated and painful, easier.
